Hi! My name is Cindy, and I'm originally from Arizona. My day job is being a digital and product designer but I'm trying to get a freelance illustration career off the ground. I currently live in NYC along with my pet void cat, Grapes. My work is done primarily with water-based media: gouache, ink, acrylic, watercolor. This is because my art is better when I do it traditionally and also because my lifelong screentime is way too high. I love drawing the surreal and the off-kilter.

In my spare time, I love walking around the city (especially its museums), reading novels, trying new recipes. I also love vintage clothes a little too much and am a fixture at the annual Met Costume Institute exhibit.
